Permanent Contract
Term time, including inset days plus 4 weeks. 37.5 hours per week but the role holder will be expected to be flexible to support events outside of normal office hours
Actual Salary £34,000 – £38,000 dependent of experience

West London Free School Primary, Earl’s Court Free School Primary and Kensington Primary Academy are looking to appoint a warm and engaging Registrar and School Manager to be responsible for the student admission process and running of the school office.

West London Free School Primary, which opened in September 2013 and Earl’s Court Free School Primary, which opened in September 2014. ECFSP and WLFSP share the same site and our staff work closely together, utilising their skills and experience across both schools.

We are looking for someone who can:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all prospective families, at every stage in the admissions process, ensuring all communications are timely, relevant and accurate
• Be responsible for maintaining accurate and complete records of all admissions data for the school
• Line-manage two admin teams across two sites
• Has experience of managing and maintaining databases to the highest standard
• Has a high level of organisational and administrative competency
• Be a confident user of databases and reporting tools
• Be outgoing, confident and has a positive personality
• Able to work in an environment where change is a constant feature
• A proactive person of integrity, drive, energy and stamina
• A strong understanding of data protection principles and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
